For our Niagara Craft Cider Lunch Tour, our guests will first begin learning all about the cider making experience from the insight provided by the experts at Niagara College’s Teaching Winery.  From there, it will be lunchtime over in Virgil at Silversmith Brewing Company and the occasion for a refreshing, local pint of cider to pair with your delicious meal selection from Mason. 

The 3rd stop on the Cider Lunch Tour will be an informative talk & tastings of Shiny Ciders over at Small Talk Vineyards.  The Lunch Tour concludes with an educational tour & tastings of Ironwood Hard Cider at Canada’s original fruit winery – Sunnybrook Winery near the lakeshore in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
